    Actual Job Costs are compared to Original Budgets. Multiple job reports and screen inquiries provide a detailed and high level view of job status, as well as projected costs at close.

    The construction schedule provides a mechanism to allow job-supers to mark tasks as DONE and OK to pay. This can automate the processing of all non-variance purchase orders.

    Variance Purchase Orders can be created and coded with REASON CODES (Weather, vendor price change, estimating error, etc.). VPO reporting allows the builder visibility to move upstream on future jobs to eliminate controllable variances.

  • Automated Job Closing

  • Financial Reporting

    Standard reporting includes company level Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss, P&L Comparison and subdivision specific P&L. Jobs can be set as WIP (completed contract) or as direct post (percent complete).

Prosoft PSClient is built for home builders. The CRM system contains all of the requirements for a home building sales system including, many User Definable Fields, To-Do follow up reminders, Sales letters and all Sales Contracts, Change Orders and Addendums.

  1. When a new prospect is entered a STATUS is assigned (Hot, Medium or Cold)
  2. Your prospect list can be filtered based on Sales Person, Sales Team, Subdivision, Status
  3. TRANSACTIONS show a detail list of all activities for each client. Activities completed, as well as To-Do activities that are scheduled to be completed
